The role of a business manager is of great value and importance in commercial organizations. A business manager brings organizational changes having key duties and performing day-to-day tasks in an effective and efficient manner. He needs to demonstrate effective planning and strategic leadership skills in order to heighten the organizational level. On the one hand, a business manager needs to assist the organization in the attainment of its goals and objectives by increasing sales, productivity and profitability, on the other hand, he is supposed to work in such a way as to expand business.
